Stitch & Stud Journal is an independent guide to team jackets, embroidery, apparel care and game days for Louisville and Southern Indiana. We are glad to hear from readers, and the best way to reach us is by email at info@studoncam.com.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a fact on one of our pages is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what needs fixing. A link to a reliable source helps us check it quickly.
- Tips and ideas. Suggest a topic you would like covered, such as a fabric we have not explained, a care problem you keep running into, or a Louisville venue worth a game-day write-up.
- Reader questions. General questions about how embroidery works, how to plan a team order, or how to look after a wool or denim jacket may help shape future guides.
What we cannot help with
To keep expectations clear:
- We do not sell apparel, take orders, quote prices or produce embroidery.
- We are not affiliated with any apparel company, school, team or venue.
- We cannot check the status of an order you placed elsewhere. Please contact the supplier you ordered from directly.
- We do not sell tickets or handle bookings for any venue. Check the venue's own website for times and tickets.
Before you email
Your question may already be answered in one of our guides:
- Jacket Guide for fabrics, fit and warmth.
- Ordering Wisely for sizing runs, proofs and lead times with any supplier.
- Embroidery and Lettering, Explained for stitch types and placement.
- Caring for Team Jackets for washing and storage.
- Game Day in Louisville for planning a day out.
